About Us
The International Club at Kapi'olani Community College is dedicated to provide our community with the opportunity to discover the diverse cultures which exist on campus at Kapi'olani Community College. Also The International Club is dedicated to help international students adapt to American culture. Through different kinds of activities, American students and international students can have an enriching and satisfying experience.
Kapi'olani Community College students are encouraged to join and enjoy the International Club where they will have the opportunity to meet students from all over the world and participate in various academic, social, service, and fundraising activities.
Each semester the International Club hosts several events and provides opportunities for education of Kapi'olani Community College students, socializing of international students, and also to expolere and visit attractions in the surrounding regions.
Some of the activities may include:
- Various presentations
- Art exhibitions
- International dinners
- Cultural and historical trips to the major cities
- Visitation of local museums and parks
- Game nights and movie nights
- Picnics
- and others
Currently, there are over 30 members who are interested in international issues and increasing campus awareness of the wide diversity of international cultures. The Club officers meet once a week to discuss plans for future social, service, fun, and fund raising events.

2. Update on Cactus-n-Coffee Garden Clean Up.

· Breakfast n` Lunch Provided by OSA & collaborating with Int`l Café Member.
· Water gun fighting 11:30am-2:00pm-Junna
3. Plans for International Festival.
For 3/16, Monday 1~1:30 pm, Hula dancing Performance at Cafeteria –Junna, Atsuko & Aki(Solo, Men`s Hula)
For 3/19, Thursday 12~2 pm, "International Cultural Tea & dessert" at Iliahi 129- we will share Japan(Tatsuya, Aki, Jun, Coco, Suzie, Hikari), Korea(Kevin), Canada(Jodie), Taiwan(Mr.K, James), Filipino(Mark, Christianne),Brazil(Nielson, Luis) & Hawaii(Juna, Atuko, Ricky) cultural tea & Dessert.
4. North Shore Beach Clean-up Camping Event with Int`l Café & ISA UH Manoa – Mark,Ricky & Tatsuya
March 23rd-24th, @ Malae kahana
*.Meal: Dinner(BBQ), Breakfast & Lunch
*Transportation: Bus, Meeting near the Mccully S.C.baseball field
